Training Options
At The Speed Lab, we believe in quality training built on time-tested methods for strength, speed, and performance, prioritizing results over flashy trends. For this reason, we have 4 simple training options: Total Athlete Speed + Strength, Speed Training, Team Training, and Athlete Programming.

Total Athlete Speed + Strength:
Total Athlete Speed + Strength are hour long sessions typically for athletes 14+ that involve a combination of speed, agility, mobility, and strength work. These sessions will usually begin with speed/agility/plyometric work and transition to mobility and strength work as the session progresses.
6 athlete maximum per session.

Speed Training:
Speed Training is a condensed version of the Total Athlete sessions. This option is typically for younger athletes or high school athletes who may already have a strength & conditioning program but want to get additional speed work. These sessions are 45 min and almost entirely dedicated to speed/agility/plyometrics with a little speed-specific strength exercises at the end of the session.

Team Training:
Team Training is available for any team that wants to build a competitive environment for their teams to train in. Whether it be a little league baseball team, select soccer team, or high school track team, we have the ability to create and coach your workouts.

Athlete Programming:
Athlete Programming is an available option for athletes aged 16+ that have completed at least 8 sessions of either Total Athlete or Speed Training. You are given and individualized program that you have the flexibility to come into the training space and complete on your own time. This is often an appealing option for athletes who may have busy practice/game schedules that conflict with standard session times but still want to get their workouts in.
